Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Two optical tachometers have been introduced by Dieseltune Equipment.

One is the Phototak M with a meter display, and the other the Phototak D which has a digital display.

The meter unit has a pushbutton switch operation used in conjunction with a four-position control knob to select speed ranges up to 25,000rpm and provide a battery check.

The digital model is simpler, having just one push button, and it may be used to check speeds up to 20,000rpm.

Both tachometers have a single-lens reflex system which enables them to be used at almost any angle up to 90cm (35in) from the rotating part with no loss in accuracy.

Resolution on the digital model is lrpm and it costs E128.00. The meter unit costs £79.00. Made by : Dieseltune Equipment, 175 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, Herts WDI 7.1H.
