Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Wrights of Wrexham is capitalising on the Crosville Wales driver dispute which ended last month with the sacking of 120 drivers. Wrights is currently the biggest independent tender operator in Wrexham. It has taken over five of the 13 ex-Crosville Wales contracts, which were put out to tender following the pay dispute. And it is seeking to increase the authorisation on its Operator's Licence from 25 to 30 vehicles.

Meanwhile Crosville Wales has taken on another 43 drivers to operate the three Wrexham routes which it won back.

It has slimmed down its Wrexham fleet from 52 to 28 vehicles and it is believed to be selling its Wrexham site to move to smaller premises. The company also plans to sell its bus garage at Caernarfon which is one of 17 sites.

Wrights of Wrexham reaps the benefits of the recent strike at Crosville Wales.
