• Alan Halfpenny has been appointed distribution manager (North-East) for ICI's new Chemicals and Polymers (Uzi') Group which is to be established in January, 1987.
Halfpenny, currently distribution manager for ICI Petrochemicals and Plastics Division and based at ICI Wilton near Middlesbrough, will be responsible for all Chemicals and Polymers distribution activities in the North-East.
