REATER Manchester County ouncil's decision to axe the ale Dial-a-Ride scheme has een attacked by the Spastics' ociety Action on Disabled Per)ns' Transport Group, ADAPT. At a recent group meeting DAPT said that the service was I great benefit to the infirm and re elderly and urged GMC's ransport Committee to reverse r reconsider its decision.
