JOSEPH LUCAS Industries and la Societe DBA is to acquire DBA's 50 per cent interest in Roto-Diesel SA, Blois, France, for more than £3 million, subject to French Government approval. RotoDiesel is already the largest manufacturer of diesel fulinjection systems in France, and Lucas plans to expand its facilities.
The company was formed 14 years ago as a joint 50/50 venture between DBA and Lucas.
