MR. JACK DAVIES has been appointed director and general manager of Weymann's Ltd.,. of which he was formerly director and commercial manager. Other appointments are: MR. H. Ma. H. G. BAKER has been appointed traffic manager of United Automobile Services, Ltd. He was previously with the West Yorkshire Road Car Co, Ltd.. and Brighton. Hove and District Omnibus Co., Ltd.

MR. E. T. MUNDAV, recently appointed representative in India, Burma and Ceylon for the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders, left England for Bombay last week. He succeeds MR, D. F. COUGH, who has returned to England to be overseas secretary to the Society. As soon as possible after his arrival, Mr. Monday will make a. tour of India, Burma and Ceylon.

MR. W. B. ANGEL has been appointed general factory manager of the works at East Finchley, London, N.2, of Simms Motor Units, Ltd. He spent 15 years with Leyland Motors, Ltd., in the production, inspection and engineering departments. Early in the recent war, he became general production manager of Rotol. Ltd., being responsible for the output of variable-pitch airscrews. Immediately before joining his present concern, he was general manager of Integral. Ltd.. which makes hydraulic pumps and equipment for aircraft.
