Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IN I wish to take this opportunity to correct and amplify a statement in your article headed Imperfect Timing or Insight? (CM 9-15 July).

ERF did not just 'in the early seventies set up shop in Belgium'. From 1974 until 1980 ERF had a distribution and dealer organisation in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Switzerland together with a network of 14 service agents in West Germany, Austria, Yugoslavia and Italy.

As you state, vehicles sold were all Cummins powered, but only initial units were steel cabbed, later sales of 4x2 and 6x4 tractors and 4x2 drawbars all had 'B' Series high-roof sleeper cabs.

The operation was wound-up in 1980.
