Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Stock breeder Newsham of MaIton, North Yorkshire has developed an all-aluminium rigid delivery vehicle for conveying up to 80 pigs.

The carrier, built and patented by nearby Specialist Transport Fabrications, has a 8.23m twin-deck body with a new design of hydraulically operated tailgate and ramp. This inchides a computerised, independently powered weighing platform that allows the pigs to be accurately weighed on and off the vehicle.

Each deck has six "floating" gates suspended on wheeled trolley hangers to give flexibility of pen size. Those not needed can be clipped to the ceiling or stacked at the front of the body.

The 158kW Leyland Daf 17tonne chassis has a small petrol power-pack under the floor and the driver has in-cab controls to monitor the temperature within the body.

The driver can supply drinking water on demand and can activate a roof-mounted sprinkler system to give the pigs a cold shower in very hot weather.

The body can be cleaned out at a suitable wash point using an

integral 69bar (1,000psi) pressure wash system supplied from the 386-litre water tank, To make it easier, the rear air suspension can be lowered to allow the dirt to be flushed out.
