Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TWO HEATERS from KL Automotive Products Ltd, primarily for use in buses and coaches, have been fitted to two new bread vans delivered to Spillers-French Baking Ltd (Homepride Bakeries) in Britsol.

The heaters are thermostatically controlled to maintain a constant temperature of 16°C (60°F) within the 16 tons gvw Boxers.

The heaters are intended to keep the loaves of bread in prime condition during nighttime trunking.

The two vans supply distribution depots and supermarket outlets in Devonshire, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire with bulk loads of bread, carried in . roll-pallets which are loaded by means of a 11/2-ton Ratcliff tail-lift. Alto gether 20 roll-pallets (carrying approximately 5,000 loaves) can be carried in each van.

The 7.5m (24ft 6in) long bodies for the Boxers were built by Millbay Transport Co, of Yatton, Somerset, using aluminium-alloy structural members and 14.5mm (0.57in) thick Glasonit panels. The floor is of aluminium chequerplate and the rear aperture is fitted with a Whiffing rollerplank shutter. Aeroquip transverse shoring bars are provided for load retention.

The two KL heaters on each van are mounted externally on the front of the body. Each heater has two centrifugal fans which draw air from the body interior, and then pass it throught the heater matrix, discharging it through the ceiling duct into the body interior.
