Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

walkers in the Snowdon and Glynders areas of North Wales has been started by Crosville Motor Services.

Known as the Snowdon Sherpa, the service starts from Llanberis and runs through Nant Pens and Pen-y-Gwryd to Pen-y-Pass, a popular starting point for walkers.

"In previous years parking conditions and traffic congestion in these areas have been so chaotic that many holidaymakers have kept clear of the area". said a Crosville spokesman.

The new service will be provided by extending a number of journeys beyond Pen-y-Gwryd.
