TACHOGRAPH analysis is being used to assess the insurance premiums paid by hauliers in a new scheme launched by London brokers Leslie and Godwin.
The scheme offers comprehensive cover for goods vehicles, cars, goods in transit, employers' liability, public liability, money, product liability, business interruption and all risks and is being test marketed for southern and south-east English operators.
It assesses premium only according to the miles worked by vehicles, with no premium cost paid by idle vehicles or vehicles being loaded and uses tachograph charts to analyse the mileage worked.
Further details are available from Leslie Godwin by phoning 01-403 6000.
