Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

PRICED at 3s. 6d., " Road Craft," published by the Stationery Office, is the instruction book for students of the Motor Car Wings of the Metropolitan Police Driving School. The principles it outlines, although mainly intended for drivers of cars; are nevertheless applicable to drivers of commercial vehicles. Even experienced drivers may gain useful knowledge from

it, especially concerning skid control.

The book is probably the most comprehensive of its kind available. it reads perhaps in a somewhat military style, as may be expected, and the drills for• starting, moving off, stopping, changing gear and steering are itemized by numbers. Illustrations depict the correct methods of negotiating corners, roundabouts and overtaking.
