PC TURNER HAS been given the green light to base four vehicles at a facility in Sherborne Road, Farnborough and five vehicles and three trailers at Gold Farm, Government Road, Aldershot, subject to a condition that the authorised vehicles and trailers will exit those operating centres by turning left at all times and enter them by turning right. It has also been given authorisation to locate four vehicles at Fleet Hill Farm, Finchampstead, Wokingham subject to a condition that: • the authorised vehicles and trailers shall exit the operating centre by turning left at all times and enter it by turning right into the operating centre; • vehicles authorised under the licence will exit the operating centre by 8:30am and will not return to the operating centre before 5.30pm Mondays to Fridays;
• vehicle movements on Saturdays, Sundays, bank or public holidays are allowed in connection with the collection and delivery of livestock on a limited basis (being no more than 10 occasions per calendar year). A full written record of movements on these dates, including the nature of the work must be made. The records are to be kept for two years.
