Western and West Midlands traffic areas
Birmingham
• A PI on 16 September will look at disciplinary action against LB Transport based in Bilston. The repute of the transport manager will also be on the agenda.
• On 18 September, a PI will consider disciplinary action against Walsall-based Pro Freight Solutions, as well as the transport manager's repute.
• Disciplinary action against F McGuinness and Sons, based in Stoke-On-Trent, will be considered at a PI to be held on 19 September. • The TO will look at
disciplinary action against ICS Distribution, based in Smethwick, at a hearing on 20 September. The repute of the transport manager will also be looked at.
• Solihull-based Ultimate Scaffolding UK will make a new application at a PI on 30 September.
Bristol
• At an inquiry on 16 September the TO will look at disciplinary action against Alan Knight Transport based in Liphook.
• Bristol-based PM Hinder and Sons will submit a new application at a PI on 23 September. The TO will also consider disciplinary action and the repute of the transport manager at related business PM Hinder.
