UK overnight delivery company Elan has made two senior appointments following John Bintliff's installation as company chairman.
Frank Seddon Until last year Bintliff was sales and marketing director of Securicor Omega Express.
Frank Seddon becomes sales director; he also joins from Securicor Omega Express where he has worked for 23 years, most recently as deputy general manager for UK sales.
Bryan Draper, Elan's new finance director, was operations director with a subsidiary of NEI, a heavy engineering company based in South Africa.
