Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

using towing ambulances. Can you tell me what regulations cover their use and what restrictions are in force?

A. The use of towing ambu lances is governed by the provisions of the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1973.

Regulation 4 (12)(a)(ii) limits the speed at which such ambulances may be towed when they are not carrying a disabled vehicle to 321an/h (20mph). When carrying a disabled vehicle, a pneumatic tyred ambulance may be towed at 48km/h (30mph) and a solid tyred ambulance at 32km/h (20mph).
