Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

that hazard warning lights could only be used in certain circumstances— which did not include being parked for unloading purposes. I believe this has been changed: can you quote the amending legislation please?

The law relating to the use of hazard warning lights was amended by the Road Vehicles Lighting (Amendment) Regulations 1975 Si 239. The use of these lights was extended to stationary vehicles causing a temporary obstruction (which term would cover a vehicle being unloaded.)
