Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

PROTECT against the modern highwaymen and "Guard your goods." That is the message to lorry drivers in a British Insurance Association campaign launched last week.

Coinciding with the "Hands Off Our Freight" week organised by the RHA, the BIA has produced a "Guard your goods" leaflet which advises drivers how they can keep themselves and their loads safe.

It says that no one is asking the driver to be a hero in the fight against crime, but that he can make a positive personal contribution by following a few simple precautions.

These are — don't trust strangers; don't give lifts; use a protected lorry park; always lock the vehicle; avoid parking in lonely spots; don't always take refreshments at the same cafe; and never talk about the load.

100,000 copies of the leaflet are being distributed by insurance companies, the RHA, the FTA and other organisations.
