Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE LATEST in Ian Allan's series of Buses in Camera books covers NorthWest England, and in his introduction John Robinson says the book aims to project something of the character of public service vehicle operations there over the past 50 years.

Although the North-Western Traffic Area has been altered to take out part of Powys and to add the Rowland district of Lancashire and all of Cumbria, Buses in Camera: North-West (Ian Allan; £7.95) excludes the extra bits in the interests of space.

There is a wide selection of photographs of buses operated by the principal undertakings of the area, many of the pictures being of a high technical quality. One's only reservation was that the review copy we received suffered from some indifferent print quality.
