Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ENSIGN BUS, the Essex dealer, has set up a joint sales company with National Bus and has taken over the Culture Bus tourist service in London.

The joint sales company — Ensign (Bus Sales) Ltd will sell used NBC vehicles in Britain and abroad.

Its main function will be to sell surplus NBC buses, although vehicles from other sources may be handled when demand requires it.

The joint company will be managed by Ensign managing director Peter Newman.

And Ensign has acquired the assets of Culture Bus, the London hop-on-hop-off sightseeing service formerly part of the now defunct Trathens group. Ensign is currently operating its own and vehicles hired from London Pride Sightseeing on the operation while the original Culture Bus fleet of six Daimler Fleetlines and two Scania Metropolitans awaits overhaul.

Ensign hopes to sustain and develop the Culture Bus operation using its own staff and resources. No Culture Bus staff transferred to Ensign.
