Roland Dangerfield will be succeeded as Chairman by Mr. V. G. Sherren. Mr, P. K. Jennens becomes Deputy Chairman and continues as Managing Director and Mr. G. A. Laskey becomes Assistant Managing Director.
Mr. H. 0. S. Bridcutt, Mr. Harold Nockolds and Mr. C. W. Welch were appointed to the Board of the Company on September 5. Mr. H. M. Hughes has been appointed Marketing Controller of Temple Press Limited.
