the application .1-3. by Sidney Machin, Ltd., on page 41, had closed for press, a written decision was issued by Mr. Else, the West Midland Licensing Authority. He granted seven vehicles, not exceeding 39 tons unladen. on A licence to Machin's, subject to their surrender of the eight vehicles on Contract A licence. .A material factor in the grant, he said, was that Gregory's were already providing both outward and inward traffic for Machin's vehicles, and this would continue.
