Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

tractive unit parked outside its owner's

premises in broad daylight last Monday morning. Dealer Marshall Commercial Vehicles of Taversham, nr Cambridge had advertised the vehicle for sale and parked it in full view of staff coming in to work on 2 November. Between 10:30 and 11:00hrs it was taken.

The Leyland Daf FT 95350 4x2 sleeper was one of 10 vehicles which Marshall had repossessed from a local company. It was the only one to have been prepared for re-sale.

The truck's registration number is G264 TEG, chassis number E351021, and engine number H42319. It has a white cab and red chassis. Distinguishing features include a top air deflector and a spotlight on the underbumper air dam. The tractor has a 3.8m wheelbase.

Marshall has given details of a number of suspects to the police. "But to be honest I'm not optimistic of getting it back," says sales manager Edward Parry. "It's probably already been resprayed and sold on."
