• Network Europe, the newly formed Securicor Omega Express subsidiary, now has partnerships for road-based parcel deliveries with Taxi Colli in France and Per Express in Belgium.
Balkan liaison • Modexpress, the specialist hanging garment transport consortium, has opened an office in Bucharest, Romania. Modexpress Bucuresti will act as a liaison point for the group's trailer movements to and from eastern Europe, which are currently running at more than 400 a year.
