Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I West Sussex-based reefer operator DR Bailey is buying a site five times larger than its existing Littlehampton depot from defunct manufacturer Fromant & Son (Trailers).

The 12-year-old company hopes to be operating from the 1.1ha (2.3-acre) Arundel site by December, when its current lease expires. Company secretary Paul Bignell says he expects to recruit 14 drivers to its driver workforce of 50 by the end of the year.

But he adds that such growth depends on the success of an 0-licence application to increase the fleet to around 40 trucks and trailers.

DR Bailey has also bought plant and machinery from Fromant, which called in the receiver last month (CM 29 Oct-4 Nov). Bailey intends to refurbish its trailers and is considering taking in refurbishing work.
