Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Cummins' 8.3-titre 'C' series engine, hitherto supplied in Britain only for bus and coach use, goes on show for the first time. Available in naturally aspirated, turbocharged and charge cooled forms, it offers a range of power from 112 to 186kW. Its compact and lightweight vertical design allows mid-chassis installation without affecting the profile of the level floor. During the coming year, C series will become available in a variety of truck chassis, including the lveco Ford Cargo 2421, on show here.

Cummins' 10-litre L10 range of engines, built at the company's Shotts, Lanarkshire plant, is Britain's biggestselling premium truck engine, spanning a power range from 112kW to 246kW. For bus applications the L10 is offered in vertical, rear transverse and more recently horizontal configurations.
