Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Mercedes Benz has five new models to show. The 407D has finally arrived on the British scene in right-hand-drive form, plated at 4.6 tonnes, it will be a welcome addition to the light chassis cab/van range. The van shown in high-roof form has a payload capacity of 2.5 tonnes. On the 3.7m wheelbase its body provides for loads of up to 3.96m in length and 1.8m high. The overall width of the van is 2m. In downrated form at 3.5 tonnes its 11.4m3 load volume is almost 20% larger than that of the 307D high roof van.

For the first time the 1617 becomes available with an airsprung drive axle, providing a ready-made raise and lower facility, and a parallel chassis frame to accommodate de mountable body systems. All 1617 two-axled rigids, including the 1617L (air suspended) are being equipped with suitable springs, wheels and tyres in anticipation of the increase in operational weight to 17 tonnes from next April. The potential payload will be raised by more than 700kg.
