Well, I am assured by the organisers of the Iveco Ford Don Disc Brake Challenge that this is Evans Halshaw Commercials' service manager Michael Walsh, Grand Master of Walsh's Wizards who won the contest by changing the Don disc pads on a Cargo in the record time of 14 minutes 43 seconds.
Says Walsh, "Any competition which recognises the skills and dedication of the lads in the workshops is good news". The problem for Walsh now is explaining to his customers why their Cargos can't have their brake pads changed in under 15 minutes every time.
