Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

White Arrow Contract Hire has opened a new depot at Newhaven, Sussex, which completes parent company GUS Transport's three-year programme of depot expansion.

The site, at Beech Close Industrial Estate, Newhaven, will be managed by Andrew Dean, who can be contacted on 0273 516181.

SILVER ROADWAYS MIDLAND SWITCH • Increased demand for its general haulage services has forced Tate & Lyle group member Silver Roadways to move its Birmingham branch from Tipton to a new site at Neachalls Lane, Willenhall (0902 368585).

The new branch is located close to Junction 10 of the M6, and is currently occupied by Silver Roadways' midlands tanker fleet. According to Silver Roadways' general manager Roger Cross, the move will bring together the two parts of Silver Roadways — general haulage and bulk tankers. The Willenhall site will also continue to operate as a transport clearing house offering return loads to hauliers.
