Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

seems to increase in popularity every week. Inevitably a few of the keener spectators working in the haulage industry will wonder how to become an entrant instead of a viewer.

This leads me to ask what body is responsible for issuing rules and regulations for prospective participants. For instance, need the vehicle hold a current MoT cerificate, does the vehicle need to use dery or does red diesel suffice and who decides if, after the vehicle has been prepared whether or not it is adequate?

The list is endless, a clear picture of requirements would be most helpful to many keen enthusiasts.
