relations, Bob Campbell will retire at the end of this year. He will be replaced by Anthony Peagram, 47, who has been editor of TV Times for the past six years. Peagram worked on the AA's Drive magazine between 1966 and 1972. Campbell, 60, is a member of the Guild of Motoring Writers and has been chairman of the European Motoring Clubs' press and FR committee for the past six years.
