SENSIBLE charging policies for waste disposal must be adopted by Local Authorities. This is the theme of a speech at the symposium to be held by the National Association of Waste Disposal Contractors in Birmingham.
The symposium is to be held during the Public Works Exhibition and Congress from November 15 to 20.
Other speakers include Dr F. S. Feates, manager, hazardous materials services, toxic and hazardous materials group, Harwell and Mr D. H. Thomas a director of Re-Chem International Ltd.
The exhibition will contain examples of the latest contractors' plant and equipment on vehicle chassis supplied by most of the major vehicle manufacturers.
