LLANELLI-based Owens (Road Services) wants to remove the UK Car Group facility in Langland Way, Newport and the Parry and Evans site on the Severn Farm Industrial Estate in Welshpool from its licence. Meanwhile, the irm is looking to base 30 vehicles and 70 trailers at a facility in Newport. At the same time it wants authority for four vehicles and 10 trailers at a unit on the Llay Industrial Estate in Wrexham.
