Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• It was a pleasure to notice in your report on the Iveco 175.17 (CM 21-27 April) that you appreciated our efforts to make life easier for the operation by hinging the front sideguard for battery access. This is all part of our standardisation pattern at BoaHoy.

By dedicating an engineering and production section to what we call "chassis-prep" we can iron out any problems before the main bodywork is fitted — this way we can ensure conformity with the chassis manufacturers' critical demands.

Incidentally, the body fitted is one of our standard One-7liners and was built over a year ago, cleaned-up and put on our Scottish Show stand last November and is obviously wearing well. The price quoted in your report is the full retail for body, side-guards, spray suppression and painting since this "off-the-peg" Tautliner is intended for dealer sales.
