Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TO SATISFY the acquisitive instincts of those who hanker after something for nothing, millions of French mixer glasses are being used as bait at some 2,500 Esso service stations throughout the United Kingdom.

Although SPD Distribution had only six days to organise the giant supply operation, every Esso service station received its initial order within three weeks. Ferrymasters has had to deliver to the SPD Birmingham depot in five to eight vehicles a day, each carrying 86,400 glasses. From there SPD has to make 6,000 separate deliveries to 10 depots.

All this is in aid of selling more petrol. As I am highly resistant to so-called free gifts, my response is glassy-eyed.
