Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IN AN ATTEMPT to get better trained men into the coachbuilding industry, Walter Alexander and Co. is to open its own training centre for apprentices at Glasgow Road, Camelon, Falkirk, at the end of July.

It is hoped to train 15 boys every year. Instructors will teach them basic engineering and they will be directed into the most suitable trade within the coachbuilding field. Apprentices will also attend usual thy-release courses.
