E 124-man national council of the RHA met for the last time on Tuesday and was succeeded next day bythe new national executive council of about 50 members. Mr. P. H. R. Turner was re-elected chairman.
Also elected was the national executive board,
a compact policy-making body of eight members, who have decided to co-opt the immediate past chairman of the Association, Mr. A. R. Butt.
