LIVE vehicles are to be exhibited by I Commer Cars, Ltd., at the British Trade Fair which opens in Moscow next Friday. The exhibits include a 7-ton drop-sider with Rootes two-stroke multifuel engine, a Commer-Telehoist 7-ton dump truck with standard two-stroke oil engine, two examples from the 1-ton range, and a Cob 7-cwt. van.
Take-over
THE 18-vehicle fleet of A. E. Hopewell, Ltd., Station Road, Earl Shilton, near Hinckley, Leicester, has been taken over by William H. Short (Contractors), Ltd., Baker Road, Newthorpe, Notts. The vehicles will continue to be operated from the Earl Shilton base and it is the intention of Shorts to serve all customers of the Hopewell organization.
