THE Appeal Tribunal will be sitting in the Crown Court, Chester Castle, on May 16 and 17. On the first day, the first case to be heard will be an appeal by Messrs. Harrison Bros. against a decision of the North-Western Deputy Licensing Authority. Messrs. Ernest Seddon and Messrs. John Garth and Son are respondents. Messrs. Isaac Hooky are the appellants in the second case, a decision of the same Authority being in question,
On the second day, Messrs. C. H. Roberts are appealing against a decision in the North-Western Area.
On May 18 and 19, the Tribunal sits in But-stem Town Hall, Staffs. Three cases will be heard. In the first, Messrs. G. S. Minshull are appellants against a decision of the West Midland Deputy Licensing Authority.
Messrs. A. Kelsall are appellants in the second case against a decision of the same Authority. The last case will be an appeal by Messrs. H. Morrey against a decision of the West Midland Licensing Authority.
