THE Appeal Tribunal will be sitting in the Crown Court, Chester Castle, on May 16 and 17. On the first day, the first case to be heard will be an appeal by Messrs. Harrison Bros. against a decision of the North-Western Deputy Licensing Authority. Messrs. Ernest Seddon and Messrs. John Garth and Son are respondents. Messrs.
