Irun a small fleet of Luton vans and Ford P100 pickups which I hire out, mostly to the building trade.
Recently one of my more frequent hirers has been complaining that when currying maximum loads the vehicles tend to bottom out and sway on corners.
As the vehicles are not yet three years old and are maintained to the manufacturers' guidelines it is not the vehicles that are at fault—they are not being overloaded.
