ow apt that one of the Archers should present Commercial Motor Truckfest '91 with the Hereward Radio Award for programme of the year for The Archers outside broadcast at last year's event.
However, the fragrant female pictured has more in common with politics than pigs, it is Mary Archer, wife of novelist and ex-MP Jeffrey Archer. She was on hand to present the award to Truckfest director Colin Ward (right} and Phil Sampson of Scania, sponsor of the outside broadcast. Tune in for this year's fun on 3-4 May at the East of England showground, Peterborough.
