• Shell UK has bought 46 Foden 4000 Series 6x2 tractors.
Shell UK project engineer Stephen Aggett says: "We accepted the Foden tender as being very competitive. What attracted us was the low unladen weight of the chassis and the low purchase cost." Shell UK already has 180 Fodens.
