Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

APPLIED CHEMICALS of Ux. bridge, Middlesex, has produced a new soak tank cleaner, de. signated the 5-271, which can operate at 30 degrees centigrade lower than conventional products.

This first of a new range of low temperature cleaning agents, generates its own heat when mixed with cold water and is said to minimise corrosion of non-ferrous metal. While designed primarily for use in soak tanks, the 5-271 can also be used in barrelling, electro cleaning, pressure washing and manual cleaning operations.

It costs £26 for a 28kg can.
