Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A LO-SKIP flatbed road vehicle made by T.T.B. (Fabrications) Ltd of Dartmouth, Devon, has been designed to lift and transfer contractor's plant or general factory equipment quickly and easily from one site to another. Its main feature is a central movable floor plate.

To load the vehicle, the movable floor plate is lowered to ground level and the plant or equipment rolled on up a small ramp which forms part of the floor. Hydraulic arms raise the floor and load together to a height of 25cm (10in) from the ground, and the Lo-skip can then be used as a normal road vehicle at speeds up to 80km/h (50mph).
