Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE Dinosaur Model 22000T will be superseded by two new models of Dempster Dinosaur bulk materials handling and transfer-loading units to be introduced by Powell Duffryn Engineering Co. Ltd. The two models are the 13T and 11S, which have load capacities of 13 and 11 tons respectively compared with the 9-5-ton rating of the 22000T. The 13T is designed for mounting on a six-wheel chassis, whilst the 11S is suitable for four-wheelers. They are to the same general design as existing Dinosaur units, with a load container and hydraulic equipment mounted on the vehicle for loading it on to and unloading it from the chassis.
