Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Two new general-purpose charger/starters are announced by Stenor Ltd.

Controls for selecting rate of charge and voltage required are protected by a Perspex cover. The "heartof the new equipment is a double-wound fully impregnated transformer with mains input selection facilities for all voltages from 200 to 260. A double-current density-bridge rectifier gives full wave rectification on all voltage ranges.

The larger model, S246, is for use with 6V, 12V and 24V electrical systems, and the smaller, the S126, for 6V and 12V systems only. The S246 gives rapid charging at up to 75A. slow charging at four rates up to 25A and immediate starting for all 6V, 12V and 24V systems. The S126 gives rapid charging at up to 50A, slow charging at up to 25A and immediate starting for all 6V and 12V systems.
