Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A useful stand for regrooving tyres has just been announced by Belus Ltd.

To facilitate easy rotation of the tyre, a rolling base on to the stand has been developed. But while the operator is regrooving, a simple device prevents tyre rotating.

An attachment is also included to accommodate the varying widths of tyres.

Made by: Belus Ltd, Ford Road, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex.
