trolled, There is, however, a tie-up between the company and the American Fruehauf Corporation which claims to be the largest trailer manufacturer in the world. The tie-up is mainly technical, and means that Crane Fruehauf has the benefit of the Fruehauf Corporation's extensive knowledge of trailer design and manufacture.
The Corporation is represented on the board of Crane Fruehauf but only in proportion to its financial interest which is considerably less than a controlling one.
