AProvided you do not travel outside a 25-mile radius from your operating base and do not drive for more than four hours in any period of 24 hours starting at midnight, then you do not need to keep records.of your hours of work. If, however, on any day you do go outside the 25-mile radius or drive for more than four hours, then a record must be kept for that day and you will also need to show on the record the time of finishing work On the previous day even if no record had to be kept for that day.
