• Pony Express plans to double its business in London within the next year and to break into the German sameday delivery market by the end of 1990.
Managing director Mark Smith says London currently accounts for 30% of the company's business. He wants to see that figure increase.
The firm has a network of 25 branches including five branches in the London area and turnover is expected to top £10m this year.
